To advertise on this website and leave Sire Feedback you must register as a user.  Each user who registers must read and agree to the Terms and Conditions set out below and is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their username and password for maintaining their account and advertisement details.

SIRE FEEDBACK is an open public forum and anyone leaving feedback must not be untruthful or misrepresent the truth in any way or leave abusive or unnecessary comments.  Thoroughbreds Off The Track will endeavour to monitor the sire feedback and reserves the right to remove any feedback it deems inappropriate.  We accept no liability or responsibility for any demeaning comments left but will remove comments at any sire owners request if inappropriate comments have gone unnoticed.

 Advertisers by uploading information, photos and pedigree details indemnify Thoroughbreds Off The Track against all actions, claims or proceedings of any kind whatsoever arising from the listing of that material and without limiting the generality of the foregoing indemnify each of them in relation to any breach of copyright, infringement of trademarks or names of publication titles, breach of unfair competition or trade practices legislation, infringement of royalties or violations of rights of privacy or defamation or slander action and Warrant that the material complies with all relevant laws and regulations and that listings will not give rise to any rights against or liability of Thoroughbreds Off The Track and in particular that nothing therein is capable of being misleading or deceptive or otherwise in breach of the Trade Practices Act, the Fair Trading act or other like legislation.
